The App Store license

For copies distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless a custom license is supplied with that distribution. Vedvu has not added a separate custom EULA for the release described here. The linked agreement contains the applicable license terms; this page is a practical summary of the app and purchase.

Optional Remove Ads purchase

Pithoo offers a one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase through Apple. It is not a subscription. It disables future in-app ad requests once Apple’s entitlement is verified. The price and currency are shown in the app’s Apple purchase flow before confirmation. All current grounds and gameplay are available without purchasing Remove Ads.

Use Restore Purchases in the Remove Ads panel with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Ownership remains subject to Apple’s transaction status, including refunds or revocation. We do not promise Family Sharing availability unless it is enabled for the App Store product.

Billing and refunds

Apple processes payment and handles App Store billing. For a refund request, use Report a Problem. Eligibility depends on Apple’s rules and applicable law. Nothing in this summary removes mandatory consumer rights.
