Common questions
How do I play?
Use the left joystick to move. Hold THROW, aim, and release to throw. Collect fallen stones and rebuild the stack while avoiding the opposing team. Use DODGE and SWITCH when needed. The first team to win three rounds wins the match.
How do I restore Remove Ads?
Open Pithoo’s Remove Ads panel and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase and ensure the App Store is reachable. A pending purchase or refunded transaction may not unlock the entitlement. If restoration fails, email us with the error message; do not send payment details.
Is Remove Ads a subscription?
No. It is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The price is displayed by Apple in the app before you confirm. Grounds and gameplay are included in the free game.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem service. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law; Vedvu cannot directly issue an App Store refund.
Where are privacy choices?
Open Remove Ads → Privacy choices. This control appears when Google indicates it is required for your region or consent message. Read the Pithoo privacy policy for more information or email us for help.
How do I delete my game data?
Pithoo has no game account. Deleting the app normally removes local game data; offloading may preserve it. Backups may retain copies. Removing the app does not remove your Apple purchase entitlement or erase data independently held by Google or Apple.
There is no sound or music.
Check Pithoo’s speaker and music controls, device volume, and Silent Mode. If headphones disconnected, deliberately toggle music off and on again.
Does the game need an account?
No Pithoo account is needed for local single-player matches. Ads, consent updates, and App Store purchases may need an internet connection.
Before reporting a problem
Try closing and reopening the game and check for an available app update. Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step because local progress may be lost. Explain the steps that reproduce the issue and any error you see.
